TETRAGLAS@ TAPE
Manufactured of texturized fiberglass yarns, Tetragloas Tape will withstand temperatures up to 1000°F in continuous service.
Tetraglas Tape offers superior insulating properties as well as low
chloride content.
Tetraglas Tape w/PSA features a pressure sensitive adhesive backing that is intended to facilitate the installation of the tape when adhering the tape to the surface over which it is being applied. The tape is used around sheet metal flanges and around small doors. At elevated temperatures, there will be some loss of adhesive properties.
Tetraglas Tape impregnated with PTFE Fluoropolymer Resin, offers
the advantages of a non-asbestos material with higher temperature range and with excellent resistance to almost all solvents, caustics and acids.
Seals effectively at low bolt stresses. Service temperature up to 550 degree F.
Provides excellent resistance to almost all solvents, caustics and acids.

Vermiculite Coated Tetraglas Tape and Vermiculite Coated Tetraglas
Tape w/PSA are manufactured from texturized fiberglass yarns then
coated with Vermiculite, a 100% inorganic dispersion. Vermiculite
coated Tetraglas Tape will withstand temperatures up to 1500 degree F constant with excursions to 2000 degree F. Also offers abrasion resistant stability.
This tape maintains the same characteristics as the Vermiculite
Coated Tetraglas Cloth. It is an excellent choice for pipe wrap or
gasketing products.
• Special coatings of PTFE Impregnation and Vermiculite are
available as well as heat treatment.
• Shrink wrapped for added protection.
• Available in Plain or Drop Warp Styles |

TETRAGLAS TAPE
Applications include:
• steam tracer line wrapping
• hot pipe protection
• exhaust manifold insulation
• strip curtains for oven doors
• tadpole tapes
• gasketing

KNITTED TETRAGLAS ROPE
TETRAGLAS' KNITTED ROPE offers the advantages of economy with more consistency and workability without
sacrificing any of the physical, chemical or high temperature characteristics. Service temperature of 1000"F constant.
Both styles are completely incombustible.
• Style 250-S is a soft and easily compressible material for gasketing, caulking for oven and furnace doors and expansion joints, as well as woodstoves.
• Style 250-D is a firm, dense material that more resembles twisted Rope. Used in applications requiring a more dense material, yet one which will not unravel during installation.
• Vermiculite Coated Knitted Tetraglas Rope is manufactured from texturized fiberglass yarns then coated with Vermiculite, a 100% inorganic dispersion. Vermiculite coated Tetraglas Knitted Rope will withstand temperatures up to 1500°F constant with excursions to 2000°F.
This economical alternative can be used for gasketing, caulking for oven and furnace doors and expansion joints.
• Also available w/Graphite & PTFE Impregnation |

TWISTED TETRAGLAS ROPE
TETRAGLAS TWISTED ROPE is a completely incombustible material capable of withstanding continuous service temperatures up to 1000°F. This rope will resist most acids and alkalis and will remain unaffected by solvents and bleaches. |
