Product Notes:
• White food-grade ConShear Precleaner is chemical resistant and all ingredients used in urethane formulation comply with
the relevant requirements of 21 CFR (FDA Code of Federal Regulations) for use in repeated bulk dry food applications.
• For optimal cleaning and reduced blade retensioning maintenance, the cleaner blade width should be sized to fit the
material path of the belt. The material path is typically 2/3 of the belt width. In most cases a blade size of belt width minus
8” (200mm) may be the best selection.
• Each cleaner can be retrofitted with three replacement blade sizes (belt width minus 2” (50mm), minus 8” (200mm), or
minus 14” (350mm)).
• Comes complete with universal mounting plates and tensioner.
• Visual tension check. No guesswork on blade tensioning. Simply measure the spring, check label on tensioner and turn
adjusting nut to restore optimal tension.
• Works with mechanical splices. Urethane blade glides over splices.
• Compatible with reversing belts.
• For applications requiring longer pole lengths, go to the minus 8” (200mm) chart and select the cleaner one
belt width size larger. This will provide a pole 6” (150mm) longer and a blade size of belt width minus 2” (50mm).
