• The ConShear
™
“DryWipe” (DW) Blade is excellent for removing water from the belt. Use as the final cleaner in a cleaning system.
• Actual blade width is belt width plus 4" (100mm). The extra length ensures the water is removed from the belt.
• Pole Length: Belt width plus 60" (1500mm) for cleaners up to 60" (1500mm), belt width plus 54" (1350mm) for cleaners over 60"
(1500mm). For longer requirements, see Accessories - Pole Extender Kit (page 123).
• Visual Blade Tension Check: Measure the tension spring and refer to the Spring Length Chart on mounting base for the correct
length for best cleaning performance.
• To make cleaner installation easier and quicker, see Optional Mounting Kits (page 123).
