Tips Required Per Cleaner Size
Product Notes:
• Recommended for medium-duty conveyor applications.
• Pole Length: Belt width plus 54" (1350mm). For longer requirements, see Mineline Installation
Accessories - Pole Extender Kit (page 123).
• Cushion is designed to maintain continuous blade-to-belt contact and quick relief from passing
mechanical splices.
• C-Tips are for mechanically fastened or vulcanized belts. V-Tips are for vulcanized belts only.
• Visual Blade Tension Check: Measure the tension spring and refer to Spring Length Chart for the
correct length for best cleaning performance.
• Tensioner: MST Spring Tensioner for self-adjusting tensioning with easy retensioning adjustments.
