Product Notes:
• Recommended for heavy-duty conveyor applications.
• Material Path Option: Fit the blade width to the belt’s material path. The material path is typically the center 2/3 of the
belt width. In most cases a blade size of belt width minus 6" (150mm) may be the best solution.
• Each cleaner pole is retrofittable for four blade sizes (belt width minus 6" (150mm), minus 12" (300mm), minus 18"
(450mm) or minus 24” (600mm)).
• Pole Length: Belt width plus 54" (1350mm). For longer requirements see Installation Accessories - Pole Extender Kit
(page 123).
• Check tension from regulator in control box. Adjust according to air tension per blade width for optimal tensioning.
• To make cleaner installation easier and quicker, see Optional Mounting Kits (page 123).
