• Recommended for medium-duty conveyor applications. For abusive applications see MHCP Heavy-Duty Cartridge Precleaner
(page 54).
• Material Path Option: Fit the blade width to the belt’s material path. The material path is typically the center 2/3 of the belt width.
In most cases a blade size of belt width minus 6" (150mm) may be the best solution.
• Each cleaner pole is retrofittable for three blade sizes (belt width minus 6" (150mm), minus 12" (300mm) or minus 18" (450mm)).
• Pole Length: Belt width plus 54" (1350mm). For longer requirements see Installation Accessories - Pole Extender Kit (Page 121).
• Portable Air Tensioner used for constant, automatic tension throughout the life of the blades. Can be used with site-available air
lines or with the add-on Air Tank.
• To make cleaner installation easier and quicker, see Optional Mounting Kits (page 123).
