- choose the blade size that spans just the material path on the
belt.This minimizes differential wear between the ends and the center of the blade.

Replacement Indicator
- a molded-in wear line provides easy visual notice when the
blade is worn out and needs to be replaced.

Quick, Easy Change-Out
- simply pull one pin, remove the worn blade, insert the
new blade and replace the pin.
For best cleaning and wear life results the ConShear blade must be located against
the conveyor head pulley in the correct position and must be tensioned properly.
