produce the remarkable Multi Ribbed belt­
a
single endless rubber belt with
a
series
of
parallel V-ribs
lengthwise around the inside circumference.
No spacing is needed between sheave grooves, so drives can
be narrower and smaller. There is less load on bearings. Back
side idlers work more efficiently on a Multi Ribbed belt's wide
surface.
