Accu-Link belts are the ideal temporary replacement or
permanent substitute for conventional rubber V-belts,
Accu-Link V-belts provide superior strength, durability and
quick, easy assembly to keep equipment up and running ~
at the same horsepower ratings as rubber belts. Constructed
of urethane elastomer, reinforced with a rugged, woven
polyester reinforced with a rugged, woven polyester fabric,
Accu-Link belts are manufactured by a revolutionary new
process which creates smooth, precise side profiles on each
link. This smooth profile creates less vibration and requires
lower drive tensions for increased belt life.
Designed to fit any drive application. Accu-Link V-belts are
available in the most popular sizes-A, Band C sections in both
25' and 100' lengths.

The urethane construction offers superior resistance to most
common industrial solvents and chemicals, oil, water and temper­
ature extremes, from -40°F to 240°F The belts actually dissipate
heat so they run cooler than conventional belts. Suited to harsh
environments, Accu-Link V-belts are ideal for the metal processing,
machine tool, agriculture, packaging, coal and aggregate, pulp
and paper, lumber, marine, air moving, petrochemical, conveying
and food industries
Patent Pending
With Accu-Link, installation and assembly is as easy as a snap and
a twist. No special tools are required to couple or uncouple each
belt. They can be made to accommodate any length, which makes
them ideal for emergency repairs and replacements. Once
assembled, Accu-Link belts install in a fraction of the time needed
for endless rubber belts, and don't require removal of outboard
bearings or moving motors .
Accu-Link V-belts are manufactured in standard cross sections or
to meet precise customer specifications. Standard cross sections
include A %", B %" and C 7/a ". In addition to 25 ft. and 100 ft.
cartons, the belts are available in 5 ft. and 6 ft. lengths for minimum
inventory and convenient storage.
