Tighten die securing bolts 1/4
ASSEMBLE

and nuts.
Place hose and fitting assembly
ASSEMBLE

in each end of swager.
Install both die securing bolts
with nuts positioned in opening
of swager plates.
CAUTION
When swaging stainless steel
fittings, lubricatethrough-holeof
dies with Parker 702 Oil. Failure

turn past finger tight.
Using a SAE 20 lubricating oil,
generously lubricate fitting sur-
face and I.D. of dies. (For stain-
less steel fittings, use Parker
702 Oil.)
CAUTION
Ensure swager plates remain in
parallel when tightening swager
bolts. Failuretodosowill result in
an improperly swaged fitting.
Generously Lubricate swag-
ing bolts. Failure to do so may
result in an improperly swaged
fitting.
