13 We recommend a minimum of all 300 grade stainless steel clamps for marine applications.
For applications directly over galvanized steel, we recommend an intermediate layer of non-conductive material such as vinyl electrical tape.
Ideal Extended Range POW’R-GEAR® 6X Series

Extra band notches allow greater opened and closed
working diameters. Only five sizes cover clamping
diameters from 1-1/4" to 10-1/8". Minimizes inventory
investment without compromising application coverage.
Screw: 5/16" hex-head. 410 stainless steel.
Band: 5/8" design. 0.028" thick. 300 grade stainless steel.
Housing: 0.060". thick. 300 grade stainless steel.
