Sealex PTFE Cord Flange Sealant
Sealex is an extruded flexible PTFE cord which combines
malleability and ruggedness, enabling it to be used in difficult
sealing applications. Its high compressibility requires only
light flange bolt pressure to seal effectively (essential for
plastic, glass, or ceramic). Applications include pressure
vessels, saturated steam, ductwork, heat exchangers,
chemical/corrosive environments, and unconventional gasket
requirements. Operates to 500°F/2000 p.s.i. Packaged on
spools, adhesive-backed. FDA compliant.

Import TFE Tape
TFE Thread Sealant Tape is TFE resin in ribbon form. It is
the easiest, fastest, most simple method to seal any
threaded joint. Joints are easily disconnected because
TFE retains its lubricity while providing corrosion-proof
sealing in applications up to 30,000 p.s.i. It will not
deteriorate with age. Because TFE is inert to most
solvents, Thread Sealant Tape can be used without fear
of contamination. Temperature range: -450°F to 500°F.
Applications include cooling, heating, refrigeration,
cryogenic, steam line, petrochemical, aircraft and aerospace.
Both the domestic and import tapes meet MILSpec. T-27730A. Packaged in individual plastic spools with snap-on cover.
