ChemicalCharts HOSE OfferofSale TheitemsdescribedinthisdocumentandotherdocumentsordescriptionsprovidedbyParkerHannifinCorporation,assubsidiariesandits authorizeddistributorsareherebyofferedforsaleatpricestobeestablishedbyParkerHannifinCorporation,itssubsidiariesanditsautho- rizeddistributors.Thisofferanditsacceptancebyanycustomer("Buyer")shallbegovernedbyallofthefollowingTermsandConditions.
