They have a low installed height in the closure area, and can be supplied in very small nominal diameter steps. They can be installed axially or radially, and are also reusable � they can be repeatedly opened and reinstalled, e.g. in the vehicle industry for service and maintenance work. OETIKER Stepless� Low Profile Clamps do not have the same spring properties as OETIKER Ear Clamps. Their sealing performance depends mainly on the forces generated by compressing the elastic material of the part being joined.
