A B5102 Series Butterfly Valve B C Application Get control with the BradfordTM B5102 series sanitary butterfly valve. The 5102 series is a patented clamp D butterfly valve. This clamp valve is an incredible 1-3/8" wide on all sizes. The valve will fit into �" of line space. The grooved clamp housing connects directly to clamp E style fittings. Easy assembly by removing the wing nuts and using a hex key for the handle to secure and seal the housing onto your lines. If your space is limited, or F you want a less expensive way to control flow, then the clamp butterfly valve is for you. G Various elastomers and accessories make this a highly versatile valve. H Working Principle The B5102 is actuated manually with a handle or I remotely by a pneumatic or electric actuator. The control capabilities of a butterfly valve can also be significantly improved by coupling it with an operator and electronic J control package. The valve is fully open when the handle is parallel to the pipeline and closed when the handle is perpendicular.
