V-Cleat Road-Away Milling Belt ROAD-AWAY MILLING BELTS Apache Hose & Belting offers high performance U-shaped and V-shaped integrally molded Chevron belts for ultimate capacity and superior performance. These 1" high molded cleats feature a rugged wide base design and tapered ends to operate at high speeds and wrap small pulleys; thus eliminating the risk of cleats peeling from the top cover. High strength rubber covers and cleats offer excellent resistance to cutting, gouging, puncturing, and abrasion. Apache's special endless splicing techniques assure excellent strength, flexibility and per- formance in this brutal application. Road-Away belts are offered in 3 distinct belt constructions: 2 ply 220# 3/16 x 1/16 2 ply 400# 3/16 x 1/16 3 ply 225# 3/16 x 1/16 Four different cleat widths are available (20, 26, 30, 32). In addition, Apache can provide Road-Away belts in metric widths as well. Mechanical fasteners are also available. 4 4
