Fuel Delivery/Vapor Recovery
Application: When fuel is delivered to the fuel station, the fuel delivery and vapor recovery elbows, are connected to the
in-ground tank adapters. There are two types that do not interchange, 1) is for fuel delivery using either
standard or Coaxial delivery elbows. 2) is for the vapor recovery elbows. The delivery adapter is threaded onto
the in-ground tank fuel inlet, and the vapor adapter is threaded to the in-ground tank vapor outlet connection. To
prevent contamination and fuel evaporation, the tank adapters are capped with T handle caps when not in use.
Standards: Manufactured with 4" pipe threads to connect to in-ground fuel station tanks, and then provide an interface to
connect the top seal fuel drop or vapor recovery elbows.
Materials: Adapters are either produced from bronze * or Bayloy™ *. Caps are produced in aluminum *, bronze * or nylon *,
buna seals

Vapor Adapters
• Rugged bronze or Bayloy™ cast construction
• With outlet poppet valves to prevent fuel vapors from escaping. Poppet opens when vapor elbow is connected
• Can be used as vapor valve on a fuel tanker (does not have mount for air interlock)
Vapor Adapter Caps
• Designed to fit fuel vapor adapters and truck mounted vapor valves
• Colored orange to signify vapor connection.
• Durable and light weight construction aluminum or nylon bodies, with push-pull T handle
• Protect the vapor adapter, and prevent fuel contamination and tampering.
• Pad lockable
Biofuel compatible, up to E100 (100% Ethanol) and B20 (20% Bio Diesel). For detailed fuel compatibility,
