Application: The classic 3000 series of swing check valves are often used on both the blower and trailer.
Standards: All Bayco 3000 series swing check valves have 3" connection choices: female NPT, round TTMA
flange or square TTMA flange.
Materials: Aluminum body, Bayloy inspection caps and flapper valve assembly. Buna (250°F / 121°C) or
silicone seals (400°F / 204°C) are optional.
Features & Benefits: • Choice of seals, metal-to metal, Buna or silicone
• Choice of connections female NPT, round TTMA flange or square TTMA flange
• Available with or without flapper return springs
• Huck bolted flapper assembly prevents loose parts from contaminating the product.
• Inspection lids can be removed to facilitate routine flapper assembly inspections (system must
not be in service during inspections or repair).
• Limited repairs can be carried out on both threaded and square flanged units without removing
from the tank. Round flange units must be removed from the tank to facilitate repairs. For swing
check valves that can be completely repaired on the tank see the Bayco High Flow 3030 Series
on page 11.
