DOUBLE CARCASS HOSE
Oil Detector Warning System (DC) is a second generation YOKOHAMA double carcass hose’s primary carcass
failure detection system.
At the time of primary carcass failure, oil would flow into and be trapped inside this built-in oil detector on one end of the hose and
remained visible even after completion of operation, allowing operator to easily check and confirm that particular hose at anytime.
Twist Warning System ( TWS ) is a first developed YOKOHAMA double carcass hose’s primary carcass failure detection
system that can provide clear indication to operator by twisting its outer grid stripes.
When the primary carcass gets failure by accident and the fluid starts to escape from the primary carcass, the secondary carcass
gives a clear indication to the operator by twisting its outer grid stripes.
