OETIKER Stepless
®
Low Profile Clamps 192, with tolerance compensation
features accommodate dimensional variations in the parts being
clamped, also when applying high radial forces. In addition, the flexible
tolerance-compensation elements, consisting of up to six convolutes
in the strip material are designed to allow for minor diameter changes
caused by temperature variations and / or the effects of vibration.
Besides rotating applications, OETIKER Stepless
®
Low Profile Clamps
192 are suitable for securing the dust covers on shock absorbers,
cooling and heating systems, air-springing systems, etc. The Product
Group 192 is customised for specific applications and is produced
with small diameter graduations. They are installed using special
OETIKER tooling to ensure optimum connections in numerous industrial
applications.
Note on ordering:
Low Profile Clamps 192 are identified with the nominal closed diameter,
e.g. 69.5 – for a closed diameter of 69.5 mm.
