CARBON STEEL 1-EAR CLAMPS
1-Ear Clamps are intended for low pressures
applications such as automotive (not fuel lines), ap-
pliances, industrial machinery, underground irrigation
systems and beverage dispensing equipment. They are
specifically designed for mass production applications
where inexpensive clamps are needed.
Pressure:
As a guideline, 1-Ear Clamps have held
30 bar - 441 psi.
This was done using a static water pressure test.
• Smooth inner band surface protects hose other material
when subjected to pulsation, expansion, or contraction.
• One piece design offers quick and easy installation.
• Used in places where clamping a second ear is impractical.
• For air and fluid media lines.

Hot dipped galvanized carbon steel band - G90

ZINC PLATED CARBON STEEL
Material:
• Zinc plated-steel SAE 1008/1010 or DIN 1.0338
• Stainless steel UNS S30400 or DIN 1.4301
