Manufactured from plain Tetraglas® cloth
formed over a core of inconel mesh and stitched to provide the characteristic tail structure. A soft, resilient
gasketing material for effective sealing on light metal flanges and where limited bolting force is available and
where doors and other closures rest on the bulb of the packing. For applications of 1000°F.
Manufactured in standard 50’ or 100’ lengths.

stitched Tetraglas® Tadpole Tapes maintain their effciency throughout prolonged service in high temperature
applications to 1000°F.

WIRE INSERTED TETRAGLAS-T® TADPOLE TAPE W/FIBERGLASS
ROPE CORE
For operating temperatures to 550°F (290°C) against steam, water, air and gases.
Manufactured from Tetraglas® cloth with friction coating of natural or SBR rubber which is formed over core
material of Tetraglas® rope providing a resilient, non-absorbent gasketing material for service against steam,
air, water and gases to 550°F.
Available with other core materials, please call for pricing.
Manufactured in standard 25’ or 50’ lengths.
