Extra Firm Closed Cell Nitrile Sponge
Nitrile sheet containing individually sealed cells containing inert nitrogen gas to
resist moisture, dirt and air even at cut edges. As a result, it performs well as an
insulator, sound and vibration damper, and shock absorber. Durometer (Shore
00) 55-75. Density (p.c.f) 10-22. Tensile strength 175 psi. Compression
deflection 9-13 psi. Color-Black.

Black neoprene closed cell (expanded) sponge sheet. Tiny individual sealed
cells contain inert nitrogen gas to resist moisture, dirt and air even at cut edges. It is this unique structure that makes
the closed cell sheet an insulator, sound and vibration damper and shock absorber. Compression deflection 5-13 PSI.
Density 15-30 lbs/cubic foot. Water absorption 5% maximum. Temperature range -30°F to +150°F (continuous) (to
200°F intermittent). Tensile strength 150 PSI. Elongation 350%.

Black, closed cell sheet material. Skin on two sides. Compatible with most film
adhesives. Especially suited to the manufacture of stripping and die cut parts.
Nitrile/PVC composition. Compression deflection 5-9 PSI. Density 7-12
lbs/cubic foot. Water absorption 5% maximum. Temperature range -20°F to
160°F (continuous) (to 220°F intermittent). Compression set 25% maximum.
Shrinkage 1/4" thick and under 4% maximum, 5/16" and over 3% maximum.
Tensile strength 70 PSI. Elongation 100%.
