Temp-R-Tape®
T, TH, TV350
Manufactured from Teflon® TFE and high
pressure sensitive adhesive. The tapes differ
in film gauge and in adhesive thickness. They
are highly conformable, with excellent physical
and electrical properties. Extremely low
coefficient of friction, non-stick surface.
Excellent release surface on packaging
equipment. Also used in aircraft/aerospace,
printing, textiles, plastics, and metal working
industries. Temperature range: -100°F to +500°F. Elongation: T + TH - 2275%; TV350 - 250%.

Kapton® Temp-R-Tape®
Developed for the electronic assembly and electrical insulation markets. Primary
applications include protecting printed circuit board connector fingers during wire
soldering and hot air leveling and electrically insulating capacitors, coils, and other
devices. Other applications include general insulation, lead holding and component masking. High conformability and
resistance to solvents and high temperatures. Outstanding resistance to cut-through, impact and abrasion. K250 is the
specific style stock by American Packing. Other styles are available by special order that have different thicknesses or
types of adhesive. K250 has a total thickness of .0025 inches and has a silicone adhesive. Tear strength: 25 lbs/in
width. Dielectric strength: 6800 volts, total. Temperature range: -100°F to +500°F. K250 is recognized under the
Components Program of Underwriters’ Laboratories, Inc. Guide OAN, File E51201. Elongation 50%.

COHRSilicone Solid Rubber
Styles 500, 600, and 700 have durometers of 50, 60, and 70
respectively. General purpose molded silicone sheets. Silicone
gives a high temperature stability and general inertness.
Outdistances other elastomers in general service life, compression
set resistance, electrical strength and non-stick properties. Good
fluid and chemical resistance. May swell with contact to some solvents, but will return to original dimensions, usually
without permanent deterioration, after the solvent has evaporated. At elevated temperatures, silicone will outgas for
less than other elastomers. Odorless, tasteless, and non-toxic. Unaffected by sunlight, ozone and/or extremely moist
or dry conditions. Will not support the growth of fungus. Styles 500, 600, and 700 have a tensile strength of 700 PSI.
Maximum temperature range: -100°F to +500°F.
