TTMA Reducing Flange Adapters
Application: Used in applications where 3" and 4" TTMA flanges need to be connected.
Standards: Flange connections are manufactured to connect with the TTMA (Tank Truck Manufacturers
Association) flange pattern, see page 9 flange dimensions.
Materials: Aluminum
Features & Benefits: •Both sides machined to create smooth gasket sealing surfaces
•3/4" thick
•4" TTMA hole pattern sized for (8) 3/8" socket head cap screws
•3" TTMA hole pattern is blind threaded with 3/8"-16 thread to a depth of 9/16". Supplied with (8)
3/8-16 x 1" socket head cap screws.
•Easily connects with any item that has a 3" or 4" TTMA flange

TTMA Weldable Flanges

TTF3AL 3" TTMA buttweld on flange
TTF4AL 4" TTMA buttweld on flange
TTF400SP 4" TTMA socket weld on flange
Application: Used in applications where a device such as a valve or sight flow with a TTMA flange needs to
be connected to a pipe; the TTMA weldable flange is welded to the pipe and the desired device is
bolted on.
Standards: Flange connections are manufactured to connect with the TTMA (Tank Truck Manufacturers
Association) flange pattern, see page 9 for flange dimensions.
Materials: Aluminum
Features & Benefits: •Butt weld version: the ID on side A is beveled to aid with butt welding. The flange face of side B is
machined to create an even surface for the gasket seal.
•Socket weld version: the ID on side A has a machined socket to allow the pipe to slide in to be
socket welded. The flange face of side B is machined to create an even surface for the gasket
seal.
•Flanges are 3/8" thick
•Easily connect with any item that has a 3" or 4" TTMA flange
