Measure and verify hose assem-
bly length matches work order.
Inspect insertion depth mark at
fittingends. Insertionmarkmust
be visible and within 1/8" of bot-
tom of fitting shell.
Measure crimp diameter of each
fitting at top, middle and bottom
of shell. Takemeasurementsat a
minimum of three places around
shell circumference. Verifycrimp
diameter is within tolerances.

Tool Selection Chart for proper
crimp diameters.)
Pressure test hose assembly if
required.
