Japanese fttings
The Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS) is seen on most Japanese
equipment and uses a 30° sealing angle seat and either British
Standard Pipe Parallel or metric threads.
Care must be taken not to confuse the JIS fttings with BSP or JIC
fttings.
