HT5000 Series Smooth Bore (Lined)
"Smooth Flow" Interlocked Metal Hose
HT5000's Smooth Bore Interlocked Metal Hose combines the Hose Tec® single-strip interlocking armor construction with a second strip
liner, providing a smooth interior fexible metal hose that resists material build-up and internal abrasion. Materials fow smoothly in one
direction shown by arrows.
Features:
n Directional fow arrows are provided on each length.
n Galvanized or Stainless steel liner provides additional strength and
greater resistance to abrasion.
n Smooth liner reduces material degradation and improves
loading/unloading time.
n Provides maximum fow rates for pneumatic conveying
applications.
Maximum Service Temperature:
n Galvanized steel: Up to 750°F
Series 300 Stainless steel: Up to 1500°F
Note: If utilizing packing material, service temperatures may vary.

Construction:
n An armor strip is combined with a strip of liner material and
formed to create a lined fexible interlocked metal hose that offers
superior strength and abrasion-resistance.
n Available with Galvanized steel or Series 300 Stainless steel
armor construction, with either Galvanized or Series 300 Stainless
steel liner, in a variety of strip thicknesses.
Applications:
n Abrasive material handling.
n Loading/unloading railcars, pneumatic trucks, in-plant use.
n Transfer of hot materials (not for hot tar & asphalt).
n Transfer/transport plastic pellets, grains, granules, powders, dry
chemicals.
