INERTEX SQ-Shas an unlimited shelf life and will not become

brittle, age,or otherwisedeterioratein the application. This mate-

rial is unaffected by UV, ozone,and corona. It is easily hand or

die cut. And, when necessary,INERTEXSQ-S can be removed

easily from flange surfaces due to the non-sticking nature of

PTFE.

INERTEXSQ-Sis manufacturedin our ISO 9002certified facili-

ty (Certification #94/4207). To assure receiving INERTEXSQ-S

in the best condition eachand every time, all sheetsare individu-

ally rolled onto a papertube and shrink-wrappedbeforebeing put

into a blister sleeveand sturdybox.

INERTEX SQ-S is made of 100%virgin PTFE. Our isotropic-

expansion process completely eliminates the need for binders,

fillers, or pigments. This material is engineeredto replace all

filled PTFE gasketsheetmaterials in various colors suchas fawn,

blue, off-white, green,or orange. It will eliminate the possibility

of misuseof these different colored gasketmaterials. Plus, gas-

keting inventories will be greatly reduced with INERTEX SQ-S,

the one,all-encompassinggasketmaterial.

INERTEXSQ-S is so pure that it far exceedsthe requirementsset

forth in the rigid SEMASPEC92010934B-STDaccordingto test-

ing performed by a SEMATECH recognized laboratory. And,

since it doesnot particulate, INERTEXSQ-Sis the choice for han-

dling ultra-pure fluids suchasultra-pure water,bio-tech,andphar-

maceuticals.
