Tread Patterns
Goodyear makes a variety of tread patterns appropriate to the wide range of agricultural, industrial
and construction applications in which rubber tracks are used. In addition to these standard tread
patterns, Goodyear frequently works with OEMs to develop unique tread patterns for special
applications. Often, the OEM will purchase (and own) such tooling, so that they have exclusive
rights to a unique tread pattern that offers specific benefits in their application, as well
as unmistakable product identification and recognition.

High net-to-gross pattern for use in
heavy construction and/or industrial
applications, such as asphalt pavers
and concrete slipform machines.

Hybrid tread pattern for use on
agricultural, construction, pull-behind,
and special application equipment.
Designed for traction in loose
soils and for long life.
Aggressive agricultural pattern for
use on tractors and other motive
power equipment.
Designed for maximum soil
penetration and traction.
Aggressive, long-pitch (9˝) agricultural
pattern for use on large tractors
and other motive power equipment.

penetration, traction and clean-out.
