SERVICE MAINTENANCE
• Inspection - Periodically inspect the clearance between the skirt rubber and the
belt. If this gap is more than 1/4" (6mm) or if excessive fines are escaping, readjust
the skirt rubber.
• Adjustment - Unlock the wedges on the clamp pins and slide the skirt rubber
down to the belt. Relock the clamp pins.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem: Skirt rubber slips out of skirt clamp.
Solution:
1. Check to insure wedges in clamp pins are locked.
2. Check skirt rubber position. Skirt rubber must not fold and lie on top of belt.
