Allows a fixed conversion of a fire hydrant for direct use with Storz connections. Red Powder
Coated Aluminum with Pentagon Cap and Cable. Both the Adapter and the Pentagon Cap are
provided without locks. The elimination of the locks speeds connection to the hydrant when
every second counts. A lock should be provided by the mating hose connection.

All Storz gasket faces should be kept free of sand, grit, etc. and lubricated with light film of
petroleum jelly or silicone. Although silicone spray is convenient, it does not last as long as
petroleum jelly.
