Cast Iron Drainage Fittings
Anvil drainage fttings have suffcient sweep to allow free un-
obstructed fow. They are made with a shoulder of the same
diameter as the inside of the pipe. Thus, continuous passage is
created when the pipe is screwed to the shoulder. There is no
place for solid matter to collect and clog in the pipe. Also, Anvil
drainage fttings are recessed and threaded for wrought pipe.
Coated drainage fttings are available in hot dipped, galvanized
fnish (in sizes listed). Coated drainage fttings are made to order.
90˚ type drainage fttings are normally tapped with pitch of 1/4
inch (6mm) to the foot.
